The guarantee
Every purchase of the Pro Deep Report is covered by a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee, starting from the date of purchase. No forms, no interrogation, no "actionable findings" thresholds.
How to request a refund
Email hi@crawlcheck.dev with the email address you used at checkout (or your order reference). We handle the rest — refunds are issued by our Merchant of Record (Paddle.com or Lemon Squeezy, LLC, depending on which checkout you used), so the charge appears from them on your statement.
Timelines
Once approved, refunds typically appear on your statement within 3–10 business days, depending on your card issuer and payment method.
What happens to your report
Your report URL stays accessible until the end of its retention window — a refund does not retroactively delete your audit.
Chargebacks
Please don't file a chargeback before emailing us — it's slower for you and creates disputes on the Merchant of Record. The guarantee above means a chargeback should never be necessary; write one line and we'll process the refund.
Statutory rights
This guarantee is in addition to any statutory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
