Terms of service
The short version: use the tools freely, pay only for the Pro Deep Report, and every purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee.

1. Who we are
CrawlCheck is a website toolkit for AI visibility ("GEO"): we audit how AI crawlers and AI search engines can access and quote your site. These terms apply to crawlcheck.dev and to the paid Pro Deep Report served from api.crawlcheck.dev. Questions? Write to hi@crawlcheck.dev.
2. The service
Free tools. The robots.txt Auditor, Generator, Schema tool and single-page scan run free of charge, as-is. The single-page scan stores the domain's public result and publishes it on a public page so you can share it.
Pro Deep Report. The paid product sweeps up to 50 pages of one site, live-tests 8 AI crawlers and returns a prioritized fix list at a private report URL.
3. Payments and merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Depending on the checkout option presented at the time of purchase, orders may instead be processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as the Merchant of Record for those orders, including tax collection and refunds. Either way, card details are handled by the Merchant of Record and never reach our servers.
4. Purchases and license
Each Pro Deep Report purchase licenses you to run one site-wide audit of a website you own or are authorized to audit, and to view and share the resulting report URL. You may not resell, redistribute or scrape the reports for bulk commercial use.
5. Refunds
Every purchase is covered by a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. Email hi@crawlcheck.dev with your checkout email or order reference and the refund is processed by the Merchant of Record — see the full Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Only submit sites you own or have permission to audit. Do not use the service to attack, overload or probe systems you do not control, and do not upload unlawful content.
7. No guarantee of results
The reports are diagnostic information, not professional advice, and we do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic or revenue outcome from applying them.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
